In 2021, this was me. Skinny-fat. No muscle. Soft and trained 5-6 times a week, benching 100kg but still average looking. I was going to the gym, but with no real structure. Sessions were random. Progress was slow. Motivation came and went.
2024 it all changed. I was at my fattest. I didn't care. I just ate & drank at most social events, the gym was an afterthought.
2025/2026 I changed everything. I didn't train harder but trained smarter. I went to the gym 3 times a week, was in a calorie deficit. Did zone 2 cardio with biking 20-30 minutes 5 days a week. Eating 80% clean & high protein foods.
The difference? A system. Not motivation. Not willpower. Just a clear plan I could follow every single day.
